At Ridge Community Support Services, we believe strong leadership begins with integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect. Before serving on our Board of Directors, every director is required to review and sign both our Conflict of Interest Policy and Code of Conduct. These agreements establish clear expectations for ethical decision-making, responsible leadership, confidentiality, and over-all conduct that reflects the values of our organization. Every director is accountable for upholding these standards, acting in the best interests of RCSS and the community we serve, and taking responsibility for their decisions and actions.
Concerns regarding a director’s conduct are subject to review and appropriate corrective action in accordance with our governing policies and applicable law. Through these commitments, we strive to maintain a Board that leads by example and earns the trust of our community.
